Grant for Divorce in absence of myself
19-Nov-2024 (In Divorce Law)
This is not to file a divorce. I have a question as mentioned below. Please let me know if this can be legally implemented under Hindu marriage act.
I want to have a legal document which would say - "if my spouse files for a divorce for any reason in absence of me, then the divorce should be granted. I might not be physically present at that time - but I won't have any problem if my spouse wants to have divorce and move on. There won't be any kind of demands from my side in future. "
if you don't have any information that your spouse filed for divorce and you didn't receive any kind of summons from the court and u don't have any knowledge, then your spouse proves in court that you wantedly not receiving summons from court and wantedly you delaying and your spouse will ask for exparte divorce from court and your spouse will get get exparte divorce from the court....
