Hello sir Don’t worry If your daughter in law wants custody of his son, so she has to file a custody petition in Family Court, where child resides . Will give you a show cause notice. Then you have to appear before Family Court on the date given in notice. Then you can take time from Family Court to give the reply of the custody petition. In Reply of custody petition, you can elaborate all your allegation on your daughter in law. Will frame the issues between you and your daughter in law and you have to prove the burden of proof that is “impose by the issue on you and it is not an easy procedure that your daughter-in-law can take custody. The case you have to prove that your grandson has the better future with you .
