Got marriage registered in court is it valid

We got marriage registered in court last year.... Without any rituals any ceremonies ... Now the guy to whom I got married is refusing to get married to me cos of some personal issues.... And he gives me threating that our marriage is not valid cos we didn't perform any rituals any ceremonies,is it true ?what action i can take as hez refusing to get married to me now

Once Marriage is registered the Registrar of Marriage shall Support your case.
Marriage is not necessary. Live in relationship is sufficient to presume Marriage. Do Nothing to worry. Take Support from your nearest Advocate and fight against injustice to save others too.
