Got family court Notice filed by husband Mathura UP. I stay in Mumbai, and don't want to go Mathura.

You may have to contest the Mathura case through an advocate. File Vakalatnama, seek exemption from personal appearance/VC. Transfer petition is allowed only in exceptional cases like serious hardship, safety, health issues, or lack of support.

there is quite possibility that your husband you are not willing to come there Payal Jos petition in his area to court for transfer of petition there is also online process in UP it is not firstly find out to attend case online if not then go to transfer petition in transfer petition there is 90% possibility transferring Divas petition in your area

You can file a transfer petition to shift the case from Mathura to Mumbai citing inconvenience, safety and residence. Also seek exemption from personal appearance till transfer is decided by court as per the applicable Supreme Court Judgements.
