Meri ek gf hai jo mumbai me rehti hai.We were in relationship.Usne mujhse 20000 rupaye aur phone liya tha fir ek din uske papa ko pata chal gaya aur break up ho gaya hmara aur unhone paise bhi wapis nhi kare aur mere against police complaint kar di toh ab kya kare aur uske papa uske sath attempt to rape karne ki koshish karte hain..uske liye bhi kya kare

first of all you need to quash the complaint against you. For this you have to explain everything to court and satisfied the that you are not quilty but only framed.
