Got 1 child and wife pregnant how to file for divorce now legally

6 years ago i have married .We can not stay under one roof.Daily we are getting quarrelering. My mother is staying with me and we are staying in our parental home. Now i can not stay with wife .We have one child (girl 4 years) and now she is pregnant.Can i appeal for divorce
You can file divorce petition at anytime you want whether your wife is pregnant or not does not matter for the petition. But The jurisdiction of court will be decided at comfort and safety of pregnant women.

You can file for Divorce but your conduct of leaving your pregnant wife can definitely go against you and the Court may refuse to grant you Divorce. Seeing this situation, i would advise you as of now to keep calm and work on your marriage. I can understand it would be difficult but there is no other option as of now.
