Girls parents not accepting our marriage and creating trouble

i love a girl past 3years shes parents are not accept bcz intercast we do a running love marrige befor 2months and then shes parents came to my home& hes tell we accepte our marriage & gave a promise we do your marrige properly & took back my wife from him. after 1odays his parents says jathagam is not fare so ther is no chace to do our marrige.and his parents told mywife is accept that reason now she dosnot interest to countinue relation ship with me. but his parents cant allow speak to my wife with any one in my relative. now i file a HCP in high court chennai.but i scare one think my wifes parents comple to tell she dosnot interest to countinue relation ship with me in court wht can i do. we registered our marriege legaly i have 100% hope one day my wife come back with me but i have dout before that his parents plane to do marrige before that .so how can i stop her intenstion. if there is any posibile to do marriage before getting divorce from me.i wont give a divorce at any stage
