Girl was not treated with respect by her in laws now seperated

Girl A from Mumbai, marries B from Chennai as per Hindu religion in Aug. 2014. Marriage could not be registered. Girl starts living with husband & in-laws from September14. Gets job in Chennai from April 2015. Girl made to wash clothes after return from working 8 - 10 hours.. B was not communicative. Girl develops an aversion towards B. She suggests to have maid servant to be paid from her earnings. B shouts at her. A's Mother 73 - falls sick. Girl comes down to Mumbai to attend on her. Mother is recovering. A does not want to go back as the treatment was no proper. what is the way out.
