Sir once the anticipatory bail has been allowed by the high court then no lower court can deny regular bail.. Any lower court wil just take bail bonds and ask ur parents to attend court on every date and join trial.. No they cannot be arrested ..

Until unless your parents violate the conditions of the bail it will not be cancelled except if some new facts have come to light which were not known to the court at the time of granting bail. Only change of investigating officer will not make any difference.

Sir,

First of all, it is not easy to get the bail cancelled, once it is granted by high court.

secondly, to seek transfer of the case from one state to another, she has to approach hon'ble supreme court and to file one petition their to seek transfer to another state.

this also not a easy task, so you don't have to worry much and defend your case in a strong way.

rest you can seek appointment ans take proper advice

No, not at all, once released by any court in India it applies to every court,
