Gave oral divorce and married again what rights from second husband

I was married in Temple once to which i gave a oral divorce in front of parents. Then i did second marriage. Now my second husband has filed for nullity on marriage on ground that i did not divorce my first husband. I stayed with my second husband for 1 year. I wan to know my rights from second husband?
Need more details of your first marriage and also the oral divorce.
technically when the first marriage is subsisting the second marriage is actually null and void.
so if you want to fight the second marriage then you should fight the case differently .
