Fresh 498 after Aquital in 2022

I got acquitted in Jan 2022 from 498 and i am living separately from wife since Nov 2022. My wife is threatening to put fresh 498 on new causes for the time of 9 months i was living with her from Feb 2022 to Nov 2022. Can she do it as i am living separately from her since 1 year.

Can 498a be filed twice? Yes, it depend upon the situation. Suppose after first 498a is withdrawn and couple started residing together and after the same wife is subject to cruelty again by husband then she can again approach police station.
