Fraud victim. Civil marriage dissolution. Protection

Hello,n If a civil marriage takes place in Abu Dhabi (between a Greek citizen and a foreigner), is the marriage certificate automatically valid in Greece as well? in any case can the Greek citizen prohibit the validity of the document in Greece? or if the other person wants to use the document for any reason (mainly fraud), can the Greek citizen not give his consent? If someone uses fake information (identity card, passport, etc.) then the civil marriage abroad or in Greece is not immediately considered illegal without any substance?n If it is accepted by law even in this case, then how can it be dissolved?

This marriage’s legality depend on the Greece’s laws or the country in which you want to get in registered ! For rest details we need for facts on this regard ! We can only assist you upto Indian jurisdiction not ofAbu dhabi or Greece ..thanks

Greetings to you. 2 thing’s: If there’s a treaty between Greek and UAE that a marriage performed in UAE will have the same a effect as that of a person married in Greek, then your marriage would be treated exactly the way a marriage is treated in Greek. But if there’s no such treaty then: If the marriage you so performed and got it so registered with your respective embassies and it has been dully processed, then again your marriage would be treated as though you were married in Greek but if that’s not done, then you stand on a different footing.
