Fleed away with another person

My wife fleed away with another married person leaving me and 2 daughters after 21 years of married life. Though Police is trying to find them, yet found any success. I am looking for a divorce, but what are the laws and how to handle those scenarios: 1. If she will not return or not found out by Police. 2. If Police will catch them and leave them before me. 3. If she will return before Police finds them.

Well, you will not be able to Divorce her either until she gets traced by Police or seven years gets completed in your search for her through distinct mediums including by Police. If she will return before Police finds her, then, you can make your mind : whether you want to Divorce her or not after enquiring about her whereabouts!
