What happens in the first hearing of DV case in Majistrate Metropolitan traffic courts ? And how it will be happened on first hearing

Dear Sir, If you are respondent then your presence will be recorded and if required some bonds may be required to be executed by you and on next date of hearing you have to file objections to interim application for maintenance and resist for the same and also objections to main petition. Your wife may claim for interim maintenance and once granted she may disappear.
