Filing for dv case on urgent basis for quick residential relief

I need to file a dv case urgently I am living in my marital home alone and is under pressure that my husband may sell this house anytime to throw me out , I need help from law , how soon can this be filed and security I may get for stopping him from selling the house

Well, you can file it in the Court and seek a relief for shared household against your husband. You can also seek maintenance from your husband by filing a dv case. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

Well, you need to file an Application before the concerned Magistrate Court to demand Residential Rights in the Shared Household, parallely, you have to seek injunction from Court, so that, you Husband cannot sell that House until and unless he accomodates you somewhere else and start paying Maintenance.

You can urgently file a Domestic Violence (DV) case under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and seek immediate protection from eviction and injunctive relief (i.e., a legal order stopping the sale of the house)

You can apply for a residence order and also request an interim order to restrain him from selling, transferring, or alienating the property. In addition, you may seek interim protection orders and necessary security measures. Interim applications are generally taken up on an urgent basis if requested in court.
