Can i have child custody as if i am housewife because of in laws issue?

Yes you can definitely have the custody of your child being a mother even if you are a housewife unless there are grave allegations regarding character or life threat. Being a house wife does not debarr you from having the custody of your child.

Have you filed a case for of divorce and child custody or Dv against the husband. If your child is minor you can get custody and if your child is major the custody goes to father but we have to satisfy the court that why he should not get the custody of the child and how you can take more care of your child it depends upon your matter you have filed.
