hi,
in mutual divorce under section 13-B if preliminary period of six months are over wife may or may not attend the court,
court will proceed according to the law.
in your case you can ask the court to grant divorce once she filed the petition for divorce under mutual consent.

hi
If summons has been served on your wife, but even after receiving summons, if your wife is not attending courts, you may ask the courts for ex-parte decree.
Courts will grant atleast 3 or 4 opportunities to your wife to attend the courts.
if she does not attend after the last opportunity, you may request the court for ex-parte decree. No Worries.
