Filed for mutual divorce but husband refused to pay the maintenance.

i m hindu we filled mutual consent divorce which is pending because at that time my husband agree to give me monthly maintenance which mention in the draft also now he refuses to give lumpsum or monthly maintenance what i do
It's liability of husband to pay monthly maintenance under sec 125 CrPC...we can send Legal notice as well as a authentic legal step can be taken too.First thing first kindly visit nearest police station and file a complaint to against your husband.
