Filed divorce against wife but she is not ready to give divorce

I want divorce from my wife... But even after 2.5 years in court, she is saying wants to come back... But she is not genuine at all... She has filed for DV with all false allegations... Please help me what should i do... She ran twice and marriage was over in 3 months...
You can hire a lawyer and give your side of story in the domestic violence complaint which she has filed and simultaneously you can file a application for divorce u/s 13 of Hindu marriage act showing her character to the court.

If your divorce matter is already going on in Family Court , and DV in magistrate court , & litigation going on for 2.5 years , why not refer for Judge mediation and try and settle the matter. If that doesnt work out then depending on what stage your matter is at plan strategy accordingly. But if her plea for reconciliation is not genuine then through Judge or neutral panel lawyer mediation a settlement can be arrived at & matter converted to Mutual Consent Divorce.

First u give her notice for restitution of conjugal right u/s 9 A of Hindu marriage act. If she don't respond to that then u can file divorce petition in the court of law for dissolution of marriage. Regards
