Filed case against mother in law but don't want divorce from husband

My mother in law beats me even burn my dupattas and demand for money an md torcherd me very much. Now I have filled section 498 but I dnt want divorce from my husband. So please suggest me what to do.

2. Does your husband support you in this decision?
3. Are you living with your husband?
If your husband is demanding for a divorce based on the fact that you filed an FIR against your mother in law then you can contest that divorce. If your husband is not cohabiting with you then you need to issue a legal notice for restitution through a lawyer and then file a restitution petition in the court.
