FILE PETITION IN HIGH COURT FOR WORKING ABROAD

I have asked permission from session court regarding going abroad for work. But twice my application was rejected. However, i wish to file high court, pls let me know the documents necessary and how things will proceed and how much time it will take
To apply at the High Court. You need to submit a copy of your passport, application with travel documents, and where you want to visit abroad. The court may also seek a bond as a surity that you will return back from foreign country.
