My husband need divorce from me.we are in abroad.how we will file mutual divorce petition according to hindu marriage act from abroad through online?

Both parties must sign the papers abroad in the presence of the embassy, and then the documents can be filed in court. Counselling can be done online. After filing procedures Can be completed within 6 months maximum.

You can find divorce application through power of attorney holder before your concerned family court having jurisdiction over the matter you guys can also give evidence through online means the evidence given through is very as per the recent rules rulings of the honourable Supreme Court
