one lady named by Moutusi Mukherjee from bankura district hiding her husband details and child named by Kishore kumar Saw and Aadrika saw, claiming maitenance from another person by providing fake address as biva mess, golapbag, purba bardhaman anf filed case in purba bardhaman district court. A criminal appeal was filed in ADJ FTC1 in 2019 against her despite she was then WB Govt. employee and asking for money. Adultry of her was found in 2024 and comminicated. judge dismiss the case

Generally, in matter like audaltary, direct or proper evidence is found rarely. That's why such cases get dismissed. You may approach civil defamation cases to get compensation for mental harassment etc. Hire a senior and experienced lawyer.

If the lower court has dismissed the case then it's always advisable to appeal at Calcutta High Court to get justice which is the only option available in this matter and also the record at lower court needs to be checked for better understanding.
