File for divorce, 4 year old kid. Financial issue

I want to file for divorce, but as soon i do that I won't have any kind of support for anyone.

You can proceed for divorce and can file an application seeking maintenance from husband for yourself and your child. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

The law protects your financial security. You can file for interim maintenance under Section 24 of the HMA or Section 125 of the CrPC along with your divorce petition. The court can order monthly support during the proceedings.
