Does emotional and mental abuse a crime?
Using foul languages, mental and emotional torture, trust issues, following and taking videos and photos without my consent.
Definitely it comes under cruelty. you can file a domestic violence case against your husband. Or you can seek divorce under cruelty. You have to be strong for contesting the case
