Father's Name Removed From Son Adhaar Without His Knowledge Or Consent

Sec 13 b sub judice. Adhaar name removed by InLaws from Son s adhaar. Without my knowledge. Came to know after 2 yrs. Living seperate.

Has the first application on mutual divorce been moved? Please ask your lawyer who moved up the application to rectify this situation as even a divorce will not mean that your name is removed. Also has the second application been accepted as 2 years is a long time?
