Father is continuously harrassing the child and mother

Is there any ongoing case matter between the mother and father?? If yes, has anyone applied for custody of child?? If yes then on what grounds?? Also what kind of petitions is the father filing against mother to harass? Please clarify the above.

A father is continuously filing a false police complaint and legal petition against the mother leading to harassment and mental trauma for both her self and her adolescent child – there are several legal remedies available to the mother. These could be. – A. You can file a petition under domestic violence act DV act 2005 – for emotional and mental abuse, harassment through misuse of the legal procedures, stocking or repetitive complain that cause mental distress. B. You can also seek relief under CRPC section 482 this is the inheritance power of High Court – quashing also blameless FIR or petition, seeking a stay on repeated litigation meant to harass. The High Court may protect you from abuse of the legal process. C. You can also file a complaint for criminal intimidation or defamation if he is alleging you for false acquisition, threats . – under section 506, 500, 509 of IPC for criminal intimidation, defamation, insulting the modesty of a woman. D. You can also file for a child custody under guardian and warden act 1890 – you can approach to family court for filing child custody. You can also seek an injunction against the father from contacting or pressurising the child.
