Father has not visited my son since our divorce.

We were divorced for 4 years now. My sons father has the visitation rights but since the divorce he has never once came to visit my son. Now I am getting offers abroad. As my son does not have a passport, it seems i need to get concern from his father. But he is refusing to sign the documents. What I am supposed to do now? I need some legal advice

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can send a legal notice directing the child's father to provide assistance in procuring the passport, if he doesn't comply you can file for a annexure c with the passport officer, thank you, you can contact me for further clarification
