Family court give temporary custody of my son to his mother

My son having health issues but his mother and her family relative can't get proper care

In that case, you have to file a child custody case before the Family Court stating the reasons as to why the custody of the child should not be given to the mother and her family. If the court is convinced, the court can grant the custody of child to you.
