Mai hindu hu Meri shaadi ko 10 years ho gaye. Mere 1 girl child 7th years h. Meri wife mujhe chhor ke apne pihar me chali gayi h May 2016 ko tab se woh wahi h 3-4 dafa aaker apana sabhi saaman furniture chhor k le ja chuki h Meri bachi ko bhi saath hi le gayi. Ab woh apani maa,mousi,elder,younger sisters se milkar mujhe kanoon ka durupyog kar mujhe fasaane ki dhamkiya De rahi h. M bahut pareshaan h kya koi kanoon meri help kar sakta h Plz help me

pahle to aap apne parivar ke bade buzurgo se milkar rasta khoje, lekin agar fir bhi nahi maane to kisi achhe vakil se milkar rai lekar family court me apani wife ko lane ke liye section 9 ki karyavahi karein, aur apani bacchi vapas laane ke liye bhi karyawahi karein. isase apake upar yadi jhoothi FIR hoti hai to aage ki kanooni karyawahi me apaki help hogi. aap kya kam karate ho to ispar bhi farak padega.
