False domestic violence case filed by my wife

Hi, I married to a girl in 2004 under special marriage act 1954, without informing anybody in either family we reamined in individual homes till 2007, then in 2007 got a function done and she came to my parents house... her parents didnt took part in function and kinda disowned her... then after 2010 sheGot a flat frm govt against her service n we started living thr, now in 2014 she had raised a complaint in police station under 498a, 406, 34.. that too after me filling a divorce case against her and i moved out of her house where we were living... is 406 applicable in court marriage
Dear client u have to take bail in 498 a case first. Then u cam file quashing of f i r in high court. U have to appear in domestic violence case ans have to deny allegations putting yr side before court. For any legal help call me

406 is criminal breach of trust. so as per the facts and case one may file case under 406 of IPC. now you will have to defend the said case and will have to bring to the notice of Ld. Court that the cases are false and made only with intention to harass you.
