My wife has filed a case on me in Patna city Civil court, gai ghat I am not from Patna. I want to know the next date of this case So want to ask a lawyer for this next date

first of all you need to hier an advocate in Patna then only you will come to know about the status of the case..since you are not from patna u need a local advocate to go through your case ...any advocate will only be able to advice you when you provide him with the details of the case. You might be having the case number, you need to share that with the advocate then only he can guide you with the next step.
