False Case of Theft & Robbery Despite being acquitted by court earlier

My sis in law has been divorced 3 years; ex-husband giving false case of theft & robbery in durgapur court against her parents, my wife (her sister) & myself. He had done the same during the divorce case & it was proven in court that NONE of us were at fault. He's doing it to just harass us. What can be done so that he is punished for Mental harassment to all of us.

Family can use BNS 248 (false evidence) & 131 (intimidation) against ex-husband's baseless cases. Defamation, maintenance, anticipatory bail, and High Court FIR quashing are options. Collect evidence.
