False allegations in divorce case filed by wife taking long time for j

Divorce case is filed against me with false allegations by my wife. I filed a counter already that these are false allegations. Still it is taking time and 3 year over. How to get a right judgement and I can prove those are false allegations. Also I want to get the divorce by proving it as false allegation and as we already living separately for more than 3 years.

hi, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can file a petition in the Hon'ble High Court for speedy disposal of the divorce petition, if there is an unreasonable delay in the proceedings, however all the allegations can be dealt in the family Court only, thank you
