False allegations against groom by bride and family

Hello Sir, I just want to know what happens when wife is staying with her parents for more than 4 years. And not with her husband at his place of posting.. And now as on date the wife is accusing husband of physical abuse dowry harassment and monthly maintenance (no kids no pets and professionally qualified herself), refused to stay with her in lawsThe husband stays with his parents at his place of posting and not his hometown. How are these accusations justified when two are not even together.

Elements of harrasment have mental aspects too. If someone is speaking with you over a phone call, in manner that's unpleasant, it amounts to trouble your conscience and may be taken as mental harrassment. Troubling wife may be a horror show but you must address her in ways that are legally viable. you can't shun down to her level. Hire an Advocate for better solution.
