I'm feeling stuck against 377 allegations imposed by wife , I applied for anticipatory bail in session court which was rejected again reapplied in high court which is about to reject according to my lawyer , I'm with my parents feeling hopeless now cause our hired lawyer also not replying confidently , before filed a case he was so sure that nothing will happen to me now he has changed his words , I paid to appointed police also now he's saying better to impose you in the jail overnight next day you will get bail from high court, I'm not sure they will really allow me bail or again impose me into the jail for longer time for those offense I never did , please help me
what exactly their allegations are? if your anticipatory bail is rejected then they may arrest you and then after you need to apply for regular bail.
