False affidavit in 125 case filed

My sister lawyer made her to file false Rajneesh vs Neha affidavit by mentioning her as Jobless. The OP has her itr and rti document which shows how money she is making. Her salary is 1.2 lakhs / month.
OP is going to file 340 in Family court. Please tell me how do i save my sister from it. Should she withdraw case and settle for mutual divorce or is their any legal angle which imy sister can use
dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if your sister can go for mutual settlement it's better for her as filing a wrong affidavit or in other words concealment on is wrong as you predicted they can file 340 so either for litigation it's better if they are not eager to live together better go for mutual divorce for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

sir op can file under 340 crpc perjury is misleading evidence under oath. you should straight away concentrate on the marriage or divorce petition. if she with draw the case ask for some compensation if she files for mutual divorce she has to see whether she has a child
