I understand this is emotionally very painful for you. However, legally speaking, merely dating or living together does not automatically create a legal obligation to marry. If he made a false promise of marriage from the beginning only to deceive you and had physical relations on that basis, then depending on facts, it may amount to cheating or an offence under law. But if the relationship was consensual and later he changed his mind genuinely, then forcing marriage is not legally possible. If you have suffered financial loss, emotional exploitation, or if there was deception from the start, you should consult a lawyer with all messages, chats, and evidence to examine whether a criminal complaint is maintainable.

If he promised marriage and induced you into a live-in relationship, then suddenly withdrew without valid reason, you may explore legal remedies for cheating or breach of promise if intention was dishonest. Consult me to assess facts and legal options available for you to get justice!
