sabse pehle aap section 9 ka case file kariye apne counsel ya advocate ke through ya phir humaare through bhi aap karsakte hain agar aap chaahe toh phir court ke through mediation bhi ho sakti hai aapki agar counselling ke baad bhi wife aapke paas waapis nahi aati ya phir case waapis nahi leti toh phir aap ek istagasa bhi file kar sakte hai through court but uske liye aapko through police jaana padega agar vo fir nahi register karti

If the DV case is false, you cannot close it directly. You must contest it in court by filing a reply and showing evidence. If your wife fails to prove allegations, the court can dismiss the case. Her refusal to return home does not affect the DV case. If both parties agree, mutual settlement is the fastest way to close the matter.
