• 15 जनवरी 2025: आपसी सहमति से तलाक की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई, बेटी को पिता के साथ रहने की सहमति भी बनी। • बेटी को Ahmedabad लाकर स्कूल में दाखिला कराया गया। लेकिन पत्नी द्वारा भावनात्मक दबाव डालकर उसे Neemuch वापस बुला लिया गया। • 16 जुलाई को पत्नी ने कोर्ट में मुकरकर अगली तारीख (9/9/2025) ले ली और Mutual Divorce को टाल दिया। • अब वह कह रही है कि वह Mutual नहीं देगी — दीपक को अब एकतरफा तलाक के लिए केस दायर करना पड़ेगा। • वर्तमान में वह दीपक के पिता के नाम की संपत्ति (Neemuch स्थित घर) में रह रही

Namaste, apke aapsi sahmati ke talaaq ke papers ki copy hain ? Beti ki umar kya hain ? Agar aapko apki bivi se talaak chahiye to aapko apki patni ke khilaf talaaq ka case dakhil karna padega.
