Extra marital affair of husband what action can I take

M chandigarh m rehti hu. Mera ek beta h. Mere pati ka ek ladki k sath 1 saal s affair chal rha h. Mujhe dono life threatening d rhe. Mere pati bolte h ki ghar chod k chali. Mujhe aur mere bete k sath bhi behaivour thik nho h unka. Please mujhe btaye k mai unke against kya action l sakti hu.mere mayke wale inke against home town m case register karwa sakte h ya.nhi. Aur m inke against kis tarah s action l sakti hu. Plz reply my query as soon as possible

Mam only ur knowlegde about ur husband's extra marital affair would not serve any purpose. You must have some documentary or audio or video proof of that. If you have that proof then you have number of options to explore under the law. First you collect proof of what you are saying then go for any complaint etc.
