Execution proceedings stay under after filing order 12 rule 6

My execution proceedings under sec 125 crpc is going on and after that I filed application of order 12 rule 6 in maintenance case . What will be the impact on execution proceedings, will it be stayed.

There is no impact of application of O12R 6 on your 125 execution. Application of O12R 6 is filed .wherein any party has admitted the facts in their pleadings. opposite party file application of O12 R 6 for decree for the admitted fact of another party.
