Ex party divorce is not completing as my wife

How to get an ex-party divorce as my wife doesn't come for any hearing? my case is judgment level and the judge waiting for her reponse. For 6 months my case has been at judgment level. what to do.

it seems that you are not being properly guided , in an exparte divorce the court need not to wait for the opposite for too long, the court declares her exparte after 2-3 dates. At judgement State courts need not to wait for the opposite party if it has been declared exparte. Be clear about the actual status of your case

If the judge is waiting for the appearance of your wife, then she has not been declared as ex parte yet. raise this point before the judge and force him to ex-part her and then lead evidence and address arguments for the div ok rce
