evidence of affidavit of the respondent in 125crpc case

31-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
125crpc case, the petitioner submitted the petition and I submitted the reply WS ( in which I stated the objections and para-wise reply of the petition) after that, the petitioner submitted the evidence of the affidavit in which she reiterated the petition. Now I need to submit the evidence of the affidavit of the respondent do I need to submit the same thing instead of using the word 'respondent' use the word, 'I submit that' with all objections and para in which I denied her statement.

Hello, If you intend to present your case in court yourself, I strongly recommend having the evidence drafted either by me or an experienced lawyer to ensure it is presented correctly. Drafting evidence properly is critical to establishing your case effectively. I will email you the key points that must be included when drafting evidence for the court. However, for someone without legal expertise, preparing evidence in the correct format can be challenging. It’s best to rely on professional assistance to avoid any errors. For further information kindly call. Regards,
