Even after 1st hearing of mutual divorce husband still blackmailing me

As working mother of a2.5years old baby,I borne all responsibility alone,such as cost of pregnancy,delivery,vaccine,clothing,diaper etc.He just used to have fun.Such a feeling wife's income is also his income.I started mutual divorce with my cost.At first,not agreed,later he agreed to sign.After 1st hearing,his mental torture increase.He kept someone to watch my home,he got news about who &when is leave &return with aim of pressure me to withdraw before 2nd hearing.He defamed to all my relatives

if he is harrassing you mentally than a DV Case i.e. domestic violence case can also be filed against him. he have no right to harrass you by any way. domestic violence case also gives you a compensation. if defamation is made publically also a defamation case can be filed against him. moreover since you have a child so custodial order of the child is also required. moreover since he is the father so he must be liable to pay maintenance otherwise he will be burden free for the entire life if the child is with you. please don't withdraw the case and if you are happy with my suggestion you can contact me
