Will the court give money receipt instantly when a husband gives alimony in the form of check at the time of mutual devorce as single instalment to his wife ? Will the court issue the devorce certificate? Is it necessary to make an agreement at the time of devorce where there has not any children ? Can a contextual devorce case convert into mutual devorce case ?

At first you have to know the whole procedure of a divorce. No final divorce order will declare till the installment of alimony. secondly no need of any agreement. You can make agreement as per your wish. Thirdly contractual divorce is not valid. For obtaining of divorce you should have to file divorce petition before the concern court.
