I got the execution order and and filled the application as well. Now my question is how many months it will take to proceed further? What if my husband says he is not able to pay the amount as he is not working then what court does in such case? Do women get any relief in this situation? Or maintenance order has no value and my husband will be free after that also ? Would you do suggest something to me so that u can get some relief from liar my husband? I am very confuse what to do in such situation? Where my husband claims as a depression patient and jobless person too. Where he has no document for that . Please suggest
Hi. In cases where executions are filed for execution of maintenance orders the court gets it executed by directing the other party to either pay in lump-sum or in instalment. In case the husband fails to pay then warrants of arrest are issued against him and he is sent to civil prison. Warrants of property attachment can also be given by the court in case.

The court will proceed with your execution and you will get the whole amount from your husband, no matter what he does. The court can order attachment of bank account and property of your husband in case he tries to disobey the court order. My advice is to attend case hearing on a regular basis and have patience.
