Yes, the wife can seek enhancement of interim maintenance even during the pendency of the husband’s appeal. The right to maintenance is a continuing one and can be varied upon showing a change in circumstances such as an increase in the husband’s income, higher living expenses, or any genuine need of the wife. She may move an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act or Section 127 CrPC, as applicable, either before the same court or the appellate court. You can actually but It depends on certain conditions like stay enhancement in salary of the husband any such situations which is aggravating such demands Anyways you can go for enhancement as needed
