Emi issue when wife is not staying with me

Seperation time more than 2+ years, No Cases. 1 girl child here mother. Now paying emi fully from last two years and she is the owner and I am the co- owner. What to change the emi now to 50℅ -50℅. Will be any consequences....

Dear Sir, You must send a legal notice or request your wife to share 50% of EMI while paying the amount to the Bankers. Otherwise you may get issue a notice from the Bankers asking her to facilitate 50% of EMI from her account and remaining from your account. Anyway you will be the owner of the building as your account details goes to show that you are paying entire EMI. Please be in possession of the building.
