e filing of perjury application

I want to file perjury application on line by e filing , can anyone please say the application for perjury should uploaded under what case type .

Well, if you want to file a case of Perjury, you have to first lodge a Police Complaint first and request Officials to lodge a FIR based on the contents of such Police Complaint and evidence which you produce. If Police does not register FIR for Perjury, then you can do E filing of Private Criminal Complaint.
